2. Data processed
When an enquiry is submitted through the site, the controller processes the user’s name, phone number or email address, the message text, and any information the user chooses to include in the message. Special categories of personal data and biometric personal data are not processed.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: processing enquiries from site users, prospective customers and partners, providing feedback and preparing a response to an enquiry. The legal basis is the data subject’s consent.
4. Processing and retention
After the contact form is enabled, the data is sent to the controller for review. The site does not store enquiry content in localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, external forms, CRM systems, analytics services, its own database or application logs. Data is processed until the stated purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless Russian law requires another period, and is then deleted or destroyed under the applicable procedure.
5. Data disclosure
Access is limited to authorised persons of the controller and cases required by Russian law. No cross-border transfer of personal data is performed.
